Communication

• Phone: Please call the office at 949-574-4978 for any questions about your treatment plan or for any scheduling requests. The phones are answered M-F. If you have an emergency and cannot reach the clinic, please call 911 or head to the nearest emergency department.
• Electronic messaging: For quick questions regarding your treatment plan, you can message Dr. Reddy through the patient portal system, MacPractice. The front desk will help set you up with the patient portal when you schedule your first visit.  The patient portal will enable you to communicate with the clinic electronically and securely. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to your email in a timely manner, so if you would like a quick answer to your question or if you need immediate attention please call the office or 911. Please do not send health related questions through regular email, as email does not secure the confidentiality of your personal health information.

Supplements and Refills

Dr. Reddy often prescribes natural supplements to her patients. She carries many of these supplements in her office and can provide them to you at your appointment. However, she may prescribe you a particular supplement that she does not carry in her office which you may be able to order online through Fullscript or purchase at a local health foods store.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Dr. Reddy sees patients Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please call the office to schedule or reschedule appointments. If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. All appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged our late cancellation fee.

Therapies

• Diet: Most patients will be given personalized, therapeutic dietary recommendations
• Herbal Medicine: Herbal medicines are given in tincture, tea, or capsule form and can be an important component of many treatment plans.
• Nutrients: Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other important nutrients that support healing are often prescribed.
• Vitamin Injections: Dr. Reddy offers vitamin injections for existing patients. These injections can be a great way to treat fatigue while working on the underlying causes. They are also extremely helpful in relieving symptoms of nausea in early pregnancy. Please call for more information.

Labwork

As part of the diagnostic process, Dr Reddy may likely order lab work to obtain important information about your health. Routine blood work is done through IHD Labs, LabCorp, Quest labs; patients will be given a lab order and sent to their nearest draw site for blood draws.  IHD Labs has a draw site within our office.   Patients with insurance are responsible for contacting their insurance companies to verify coverage of their labs. Patients without insurance can work directly with the labs for a reduced cash price. Patients with Kaiser insurance will be provided with a list of lab tests to have done, so that their Kaiser physician can order these tests under their plan. Occasionally, Dr Reddy may order specialty labs that may not be covered by any insurance plan.

Insurance and Billing

Dr. Reddy currently does not contract with any insurance companies.

All visits must be paid for at the time of service.  You will be given a superbill after each appointment that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Visits and supplements can be paid for with HSAs and Flex Spending Accounts.
